ORDERING GUIDELINES
Please place orders by phone, fax or email as soon as your lunch is scheduled.
We ask for the final headcount 48 hours prior to your event.
Menus are for group service and may not be ordered a la carte.
Minimum order for delivery is $100.
Delivery charge depends on distance and time required.
Payment is due upon delivery unless prior arrangements are made.
Encore accepts cash, check, American Express, Visa, and MasterCard.
Please allow a thirty-minute window for delivery.
Newport News Meal Tax of 6.5% plus Virginia Sales Tax of 5% are added to all orders.

We like to have your lunch on our calendar 48-hours in advance, but we understand that the unexpected does happen. We'll do our very best to accommodate your later request (until 9:00 a.m. the day of the lunch), especially if you regularly order lunch from Encore. Your flexibility with menu and schedule will give us a better chance to say "yes."

Our sandwiches are prepared with lettuce and tomato. They are served boxed or trayed and include paper products and condiments. Assortments include the Chef's choice of the following:
Sliced Turkey Breast with provolone
Sliced Baked Ham with swiss
Chicken Breast Salad
Sliced Roast Beef with cheddar
Albacore Tuna Salad
The Chef chooses the Accompaniment - potato salad, pasta salad, chips or fresh fruit cup. Dessert is usually a cookie or brownie or lemon square.
Special Order sandwich lunches are available with sufficient advance notice. Please call to discuss your menu and the per person price.
