ENCORE is a full service catering operation that offers its clients a wide range of services intended to specifically meet their needs. Some clients simply order food items to "pick up" from our facility - the least expensive way to enjoy ENCORE's food. Still other clients choose to have their food items or menu selection simply delivered or delivered and set up. A "simple delivery" arrives at your location in disposable pans and generally requires only a one-way delivery. The other option of "delivery and set up" usually has the menu items arrive in ENCORE's serving dishes and requires a second trip to retrieve the serving dishes. |

When the client needs ENCORE to be on location during the event, staffing is available. ENCORE offers food service personnel which can include waiters and kitchen personnel as well as bartenders, dishwashers and set-up crews. Our personnel strive to provide the highest quality professional service for your event. Staffing for an event is planned according to the requirements of your venue choice and menu selection. We offer food service personnel only for events catered by ENCORE. Several factors are considered in determining a service charge for an event - the size, the menu and the location of the event, as well as the needs of the client. The service charge encompasses all aspects of the labor required at your event. Depending on your needs this could include waiters, bartenders, bar assistants, cooks, dishwashers and set-up personnel as well as management. Staffing is planned to meet the needs of the client and to insure the successful staging of the catered affair. At ENCORE, we consider a gratuity to be the client's option. It is the way a client can reward the staff for quality service. It is never expected nor asked for and it is always appreciated when it is offered. |
